Who are “The Lions”?
Lions are ordinary people who voluntarily give up some of their time and offer their time and expertise to humanitarian causes in the local and global communities.
As members of a Lions Club they are also members of THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LIONS CLUBS which is usually shortened to LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL
LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL is the worlds largest such organisation with 1.3 million members in some 45, 000 clubs in 195 countries and areas.
